pottery is handmade. No molds or presses are used. Since each
individual piece is handmade, photos in our brochure and web
site are representations only. Each piece is unique: sizes,
colors, and designs will vary slightly. If, for any reason,
any item does not meet your expectations, please return it
in its original condition within 10 days stating your preference
for exchange, refund, or credit. Your request will be handled
promptly and courteously.
Purchase
and Shipping Information for Wholesale Customers
Although
occasionally we may have your items in stock and ready for
immediate delivery, most orders take several weeks to produce
and ship. We ask that you please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
If you need your order shipped quicker than 4 weeks, please
request faster delivery for a rush-delivery fee (fee depends
upon total number of pieces and how fast you need them).
All
first time orders must be prepaid with MasterCard, VISA, or
C.O.D. Initial orders need to be a minimum of
$200.

All
invoices are due 30 days from shipping date. Past due invoices
and unpaid balances will be charged a 5% late fee. If your
account becomes 60 days late, future orders will be sent C.O.D.
only.
Customers
are responsible for shipping, handling, C.O.D., and insurance
charges. If a check is returned, there will be a $25 charge
and accounts in question will be placed on C.O.D. or cash
only for future orders.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped UPS unless requested otherwise by customer.
Please include 9% for shipping and handling. Errors and damage
in shipping must be reported to Sydell within 5 business days
after order is received.
Prices
are subject to change without notice. Please ask for our
most current price list.
Retail
Customers must pay with MasterCard or Visa - no net 30 accounts
or C.O.Ds.
